Inquiry – Voter Change Audit

This function displays information about changes that have been made to the voter’s record. 

Navigation

1.   Select the Inquiries Menu.

2.   Select Voter Change Audit.

The system displays the Inquiry Voter Change Audit History screen.

Search for a Voter

§  See Search by Voter Identifiers

§  See Search by Name

§  See Search by Address

The system displays voters with matching criteria on the Select Voter – Inquiry Voter Change Audit History screen.

Select a Voter

On the Select Voter – Inquiry Voter Audit History screen:

1.   Select a voter by clicking the Select radio button to the left of the record.

2.   Click the Select button.

The system displays the Inquiry - Voter Registration Audit History screen.

This window displays the following:

§         Voter Name

§         Audit History:

—     Effective Date

—     Audit Date/Time

—     Type

—     Type of Change

—     Change Reason

—     Changed By (User ID)
